Federal Election 2010

Commentators are predicting Julia Gillard will call an election any day now. How will you vote? Thinking Christianly on the complex issues surrounding federal politics is not an easy task. The ACL (Australian Christian Lobby) recently set out to help the church understand the issues by giving the two major parties an opportunity to address the churches via the webcast ‘Make it Count 2010′.

What has Jesus got to do with me?

Jesus made some significant claims about himself and the life he offers to those who trust and follow him. One such claim Jesus was – ‘I have come to give… life and life to the full!’ found in John’s Gospel chapter 10 and verse 10. As our creator Jesus came to earth to give us what we all want but find impossible to take hold of ourselves – rich satisfying life that lasts!
