Church Weekends Away 2010 Program

So now you have heard about the church weekends away, some of you have asked about the program. So here it is…
Friday
5:00pm to 8.00pm Gradual arrival, room allocation. (Have dinner before you arrive)
7:00pm Light supper– soup (optional if haven’t had dinner yet)
8:30pm Supper club– hot drinks, nibblies, mellow music, catching up. (optional )
Saturday
7:30am Breakfast
8:30am Safety Talk (2mins)
9:00am Adults, kids and teens programs till lunchtime
11:00am Morning tea break
11:25am Program resumes
1:00pm Lunch
1:30pm Free-time
3:30pm Afternoon Tea then further free time
5:30pm Dinner
6:30pm Family Games
7:30pm Bonfire and Marshmallows (optional )
8:00pm Kids to bed
8:30pm Supper Club (optional )
10:00pm Union/League game (optional viewing)
Sunday
7:30am Breakfast
9:00am Adults, kids and teens programs till lunchtime
10:50am Morning tea break
11:10am Resume program
12:45pm Group photo
1:00pm Lunch
2:00pm Pack-up/clean-up leave when ready
There will be lots of options in free time from doing something relaxing like going for a walk with friends to something active like canoeing or touch football. There will also be plenty of time for catching up with friends and meeting new ones. There is also a low ropes course for the kids to play on with Adult supervision.
