The Lakes Christmas Dinner – December 15

- When: 7 for 7:30 pm on Tues 15th Dec
- Where: The Hall
- Wyong Christian School
- Cost: $17.50 per person ($35 per couple)

Book your baby sitters and come along to enjoy time together, a yummy dinner, a chance to sing a few carols and reminisce 2009 as a church family.

To keep the costs as low as possible, we need volunteers to help with the logistics and catering on Tuesday 15th Nov.
The tasks include;
-Food preparation from 9.00am
-Transporting food and tables
-Hall set-up of tables and chairs
-Decorating & PA System
-BBQ cooking
-Food distribution
-Clean-up, wash-up
-Organisation/tasks prior to the day
