Whom do I go to if I need to report an incident or concern?

Many concerns are easily resolved by either talking directly to the people involved or the leader in charge of the particular ministry. In fact, in the majority of cases we urge you to do just that.
However, sometimes the concerns may be of a more serious nature. Especially when they involve children. It is important to to try to establish some fact or reasonable doubt without starting your own investigation. Please report any safety concern to our Senior Pastor as soon as practicable.
Or if something needs to be done immediately- ask a staff member or Admin committee member on site.
